E. Michael Lillibridge, Ph.D.

Michael is the President and founder of the Peoplemap™ System. Dr Lillibridge is a licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist with 30 years of clinical experience. For a dozen years he was a staff psychologist at the University of South Florida's Counseling Center and an adjunct assistant professor in the Psychology Department and Counselor Education Department. For the last 17 years he has had a full time clinical practice, been a professional speaker, an executive coach, and developed the complete package of Peoplemap™ programs, Since 1998 Dr. Lillibridge has been President of Peoplemap™ Training.

Dr. Lillibridge is the author of eight books, five on the Peoplemap™ System and numerous audio and video programs.

Mark A. Masters, Ph.D.

Dr. Mark A. Masters is Vice President of Peoplemap™ System and Director of Baptist Behavioral Health Outpatient services in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Masters has practiced in the mental health field for 21 years as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist and a Licensed Psychologist. Dr. Masters has taught as an Adjunct Faculty member at Oklahoma State University and the University of North Florida. In addition, Dr Masters has published numerous articles in the mental health field.

Dr. Masters has provided consultation to numerous businesses over these 21 years. In 2001, Dr. Masters partnered with Peoplemap™ and focused on providing organizations with the Peoplemap™ System of training.
